CSA Member Summer Pickling Workshop!

Thank you to all of the CSA members and farm stand customers who joined us for last Wednesday's Summer Pickling Workshop! This fun & educational event featured a lesson on pickling and fermentation by City Green's Farm Market Director, Alex. Participants also got the opportunity to pickle a variety of fresh summer vegetables from the farm. It was great to connect with so many of our new & returning CSA members and customers while learning about new ways to preserve some of our favorite summer veggies so that we can enjoy them for months to come!
