Shop our selection of home-grown vegetable starts for your garden, all cultivated by City Green’s farm team! City Green’s vegetable plants are grown from high-quality, organic seed (from Johnny’s Seeds, based in Maine!) in locally produced, certified organic potting soil enriched with premium compost. All plants are seeded by hand and grown without the use of fertilizers. The variety of vegetables available are all tried and tested by our farm team, and are the same varieties we grow on our own farms!
At the Plant Sale, you’ll find organically-cultivated vegetable starts like herbs, greens, and all your summer favorites from tomatoes and cucumbers to zucchini and peppers, and more!
SNAP/EBT, cash, and credit cards are accepted at the City Green Plant Sale. Shoppers paying with SNAP/EBT will receive a 50% off Good Food Bucks discount on vegetable and herb seedlings. Email info@city-green.org with any questions.
