Nature Therapy Forest Walk

Join Certified Nature & Forest Therapy guide Liubou Shefarevich for a guided nature therapy walk at the City Green Farm Eco-Center. Participants are invited to explore their surroundings, deepen their awareness,  use their senses, and share their observations  during this slow, meditative exploration in nature. 

A guided Nature Therapy walk is a structured experience that offers participants a sequence of invitations to slow down, be present, and connect with their senses. Nature Therapy is focused on helping people slow down and get in touch with their senses.

Liubou Shefarevich is a Certified Nature & Forest Therapy guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, a certified EcoNIDRA meditation teacher, a mindful eating practitioner, and a linguist.
