Mayernik Kitchen Tincture Workshop

Join herbalist + plant medicine maker, Shannon Mulligan-Mayernik, owner of Mayernik Kitchen for an Immune Boosting Tincture making workshop. During this workshop, you will learn about immune-boosting herbs that will help keep you healthy during the autumn/winter months. This will be a hands-on workshop where you will learn about plant medicine and the simple steps to prepare your own herbal remedies. You'll go home with your own custom, handcrafted tincture. Please bring any questions along as we will have an open conversation about herbs & plant medicine.
