About the Event
Join City Green to learn how we get from field to food access! Start the day touring the farm at City Green Farm Eco-Center in Clifton as we get ready for markets. Then head to a Veggie Mobile or Farm Stand in your town to see how this operation comes full circle creating immediate access to farm-fresh veggies. There are three options to choose from: Paterson on August 5th, Clifton on August 8th or Passaic on August 8th.
This event is part of City Green's National Farmers Market Week celebration, this event is for policymakers and partners to get a first-hand look at how City Green works to grow healthy cities in NJ. We hope you can join us for this very special event to learn and enjoy the many ways farms and farm markets enhance our community!
