About the Workshop!
Join Culinary Creatives for a Dietitian-led, hands-on cooking program where kids turn fresh produce into delicious, healthful dishes. Our class introduces new kitchen skills while celebrating the flavors of the garden. Young chefs aged 8-12 will chop, mix, and taste their way through seasonal recipes designed to inspire a love of fresh food and cooking.
In this class, we will be making Garden Dumplings! Participants will make veggie dumplings using fresh vegetables from City Green’s farms. They’ll also make a dipping sauce to pair and enjoy with their fresh dumplings.
