Edible Plants for the Ornamental Garden

Learn how to incorporate edible plants and flowers into your garden at City Green’s workshop, Planting Edible Ornamentals. Join our Head Gardener, Karen, as she teaches you all about edible ornamental plants in a presentation covering edible ornamental varieties, design, plant selection, and best practices for incorporating these plants in your garden pots and planters. Following the presentation, participants will head to the garden for an interactive demonstration of how to arrange and plant edible ornamentals in containers. Finally, you’ll get to put your learning into practice and plant your own edible container garden to take home.

Tickets: $25 includes take-home mini edible ornamental garden. Participants must be over the age of 16.

Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, and would like to transfer it to another person, please contact erin@city-green.org. All unused tickets will be considered a donation.
