About the Event
Join Aja Humphries on Thursday, July 27th from 5:30pm - 6:30pm for Yoga on the Farm! This is a 1 hr all-level vinyasa yoga class for adults that will integrate breath with movement with a focus on the participant's relationship with nature and each other. Aja will highlight through the classes how we can support our environment and how the environment can support us in our mindfulness practices like meditation, grounding and eating fresh seasonal foods.

About Aja: Aja Humphries is a 200 hr registered yoga teacher, doula, and budding herbalist. She was born and raised in Passaic. She’s passionate about creating and holding healing spaces for families and local community, specifically thru open communication, yoga, and meditation.
