FINAL REPORT GUIDELINES 
 

This submission portal is for grantees who have received a Habitat Restoration, Tree, or Daffodil grant. If you have received a New, Returning, Sustaining Community Garden grant or Water Assistant Grant, please go to the corresponding Final Report submission page. 

FINAL REPORT REQUIREMENTS

Final Reports are due Friday, December 4th, 2020 at 11:59 pm EST.

Complete Sections I, II, III and IV of the final report.

Be sure to upload all photos, narratives, and completed budget sheet.

Provide the electronic signature of all three Project Coordinators.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By signing below, we agree that we have fulfilled all the terms of the grant agreement. Any violations of the statements below qualify as a Dig In! Grant failure:
  1. The project is not fully implemented by the end of the grant period (and the applicant has not applied for a grant extension).

  2. The complete final report is not submitted by the due date.

  3. More than 10% or 5% of the grant money is not used by the end of the grant period.

  4. A financial match is not provided.
