APPLICATION GUIDELINES AND ELIGIBILITY
ELIGIBILITY: This program supports municipalities and municipal organizations in Passaic County.
Projects outside of Passaic County are not eligible.
Schools and youth-serving organizations are not eligible to apply, Please contact Emma Latham, School Grounds Manager at: firstname.lastname@example.org for school garden inquiries and Liz Kleisner, City Sprouts Manager at: for educational youth programing.
Commercial for-profit entities and private residences are not eligible for funding.
Project must be highly visible to the public and provide an identifiable positive impact to the neighborhood.
Provide before, during and after photos of the project
Use appropriate hashtags when posting on social media and distribute a press release about the grant and planting day (hastags and press release template provided by City Green).
Project must be completed by November 1, 2020

Dig In! Daffodil Bulb Grant
Grant is awarded in daffodil bulbs in the following quantities: 1,000, 3,000 & 5,000.
Applications are due Wednesday, July 15, 2020 at 11:59 pm EST.
Complete Sections I, II, and III of the application.
Upload 400 word narrative describing project.
Provide the electronic signature of Project Coordinators.

Be aware of your site size and implementation capacity when choosing a grant amount.
Provide a 400 word narrative of the project. Describe the proposed site, its address, and how the project will provide an identifiable positive impact to your municipality. Describe any local organizations that will be involved in your project and how the project will be implemented and maintained.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By signing below, we demonstrate our support for the planting project if the grant is successful, and understand that should we be awarded the grant, we will have to provide a matching financial fund, attend the Dig In! Award Ceremony, and provide a final report at the end of the season.
