Thank you for your interest in City Green's Growing Strong High School Internship program! Please read through the application before submitting it. Plan to spend 30-45 minutes completing this application. Please note that if you leave this page, your answers will not be saved.
Applicant information:
All applicants 18+ must be fully vaccinated and boosted to be considered for employment at City Green. Providing proof of vaccination will be required upon being offered the internship position.

Parent / Guardian Information
School information:
Please submit the Letter of Reference form linked below to an adult that will recommend you for the Growing Strong Internship. Your reference should be someone who knows you well but is not a member of your family. Examples of references could be a teacher, employer, minister, etc. Explain to that person why you want to work for City Green, and have them mail, fax, or email their recommendation directly to City Green.
Interviews are held at the City Green Farm Eco-Center, 171 Grove Street, Clifton NJ 07013. If selected for an interview, City Green can provide transportation to and from Paterson if your parent/guardian completes a permission slip.
We will contact you by May 19th to let you know if you have been selected for an interview. We do not hire anyone who does not interview with us, we want to get to know you better, and help you understand what City Green is all about!
